South American cookies that will have you coming back for more. These classic, best-selling alfajores are our take on a traditional recipe. They are extremely popular across South America, and soon-to-be popular in your house too!
The anatomy of a classic Argentinian alfajor: two lemony shortbread cookies, filled with rich dulce de leche and rolled in shredded coconut. The combination may not sound particularly interesting, but, in our opinion, the simplicity is what makes this cookie amazing. The combination is unmatched. They are buttery, melt-in-your mouth, and will have your taste buds singing!
Each box includes two chocolate, two classic and two lemon alfajores.

Shipping
Spark Confectionary ships macarons throughout the United States using UPS as our third party shipping carrier. Orders are only shipped nationwide, using UPS three day shipping, Monday and Tuesday to avoid weekend overlays and to ensure your purchase never sits in a warehouse. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be shipped the following shipping day (Monday or Tuesday). Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST on Tuesday will ship on the following Monday excluding business holidays.
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, Spark Confectionary does not accept returns. There are no returns or exchanges. Circumstance Pending, Spark Confectionary will issue a credit or re-order. If, for some reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer Service Team WITHIN 2 DAYS of when the package was received and provide a photo and detailed description of the issue. We will make every effort to make sure you are happy with your Spark Confectionary experience. Due to the perishable nature of our product, all claims submitted after the 48 hour delivery window or without proper photo or order number will not be eligible for return, refund, or reship.
