Six & Main is here to bring you the best local gear to show your city pride and celebrate local landmarks, creatives, brands, events + more. Shop your city or check out a new one - we're here to show you the best of what each city has to offer.

If you’re a local creative that wants to collaborate with us (think: seeing your artwork displayed on our productsand getting paid for it), we want to hear from you. And if you’re a local brand (locally-made hats, cocktail bitters, or dog leashes), we would love to stock your stuff on our virtual shelves.

This store is run by the same behind-the-scenes crew who delivers your daily email each morning at 6AM.

While we serve markets all across the country, our parent companies, 6AM City, headquarters is located in Greenville, SC. In each city we have boots on the ground, employing local editors and 6AM support staff.

Each brand we've partnered with is located in one of our good news newsletter cities. We're excited to introduce you to the best small businesses and artists from across the country.


You will find the product size guide in the description located on each product page.

We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. Your orders are printed and shipped from their facility in Charlotte, NC.

We also partner with brands local to each of our cities. You can find the brand list here.


Each partners return policy is different. Navigate to the product page for each partner to learn more.

Six & Main product can not be returned since it is print-on-demand. If it is damaged, please email us at hello@shopsixandmain.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts — we have one for every item listed in our store within the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at hello@shopsixandmain.com within three business days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one.

At this time, we do not offer refunds. If you receive the wrong item or your items arrive damaged, please contact us at hello@shopsixandmain.com with photos of wrong/damaged items so we can further assist you.

Order Questions

At this time, we are not able to add notes to orders.

It typically takes 3-7 business days to fulfill an order after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated to arrive in 3-4 business days.

Each partner controls their shipping so please navigate to the product page to see how long shipping will take.

It is normal for you to receive two or more order confirmations. One is from us and the other(s) is from our partner(s). We're keeping you informed that your order was received and going through the fulfillment process.

If you see a different total on the two emails, the difference will be the discount you potentially received from us. You will not be charged twice or the difference.

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. You can also go to this page to track your order.

If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at hello@shopsixandmain.com.

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

• Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

• Ask your local post office if they have your package

• Stop by your neighbors’ places in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, contact us within 3 business days at hello@shopsixandmain.com with your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order with you paying only the re-shipping cost.

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at hello@shopsixandmain.com within three business days with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you have about your order.

We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.

Yes, it’s easy. Email us and let us know what you would like changed. Please note, we do not issue returns for memberships.

Memberships last for one year and renew automatically. If you selected the “one-time” option, memberships will expire one year from your last activation.
