John F. Spalding LOVES peanut brittle, and his family has been making it for over 120 years. So, in July of 1985, when John couldn’t find any good peanut brittle (and his Mother refused to make him any, because it was summer-time), John relied on family experience and began making his own. He dusted off Grandma Spalding's 1880’s peanut brittle recipe and went to work. 

Using only quality ingredients, John created some of the finest gourmet brittles in the world. Offering more nuts than most other companies, and coating them in a sweet, buttery layer of golden brittle, Brittle Brothers gourmet brittles are perfectly delicious.
